Product Description of Ceramic Fiber Module:
IKING GROUP Kingwool ceramic fiber wool module is made from the corresponding ceramic fiber material acupuncture blanket processed in dedicated machines according to fiber component structure and size. In the process, a certain proportion of compression is maintained, in order to ensure modules, expand to the different directions after completion of ceramic fiber folded module wall lining, to create mutual extrusion amongst modules and form a seamless whole unit. Ceramic fiber folded modules is directly fixed in industrial furnaces shell plate by various anchorage.
The module is specially designed to meet the thermal insulation requirements of industrial furnaces , boilers in some special thermal conditions. Kingwool ceramic fiber module is produced with various anchoring systems to enable quick, easy, and efficient installation in most furnace linings. Module linings can increase the furnace productivity and reduce the maintenance costs.

Application of Ceramic Fiber Module:
Furnaces and Kilns: Ceramic fiber modules are commonly used to line the walls and roofs of industrial furnaces and kilns in industries such as metal, glass, and ceramics. They help maintain high temperatures and ensure uniform heat distribution, enhancing the efficiency of heat treatment processes.
Boilers and Heaters: Ceramic fiber modules are utilized in boilers, heaters, and reformers in industries like petrochemical and power plants. They provide insulation, reducing heat loss and improving the energy efficiency of these systems.
Incinerators: Ceramic fiber modules are used in incinerators to line combustion chambers. They withstand high temperatures and help contain the heat, ensuring efficient waste incineration and reducing heat radiation to the surroundings.
Coke Ovens: In the steel industry, ceramic fiber modules are employed to insulate coke ovens. They can withstand the extreme heat generated during the coking process, ensuring the proper conversion of coal into coke for steel production.
Foundries: Ceramic fiber modules are used to insulate coreless induction furnaces in foundries. They enable the furnaces to reach and maintain the high temperatures required for melting and casting metal alloys.
Glass Manufacturing: Ceramic fiber modules find application in the glass industry, especially in the insulation of glass melting tanks and furnaces. They contribute to energy efficiency and help maintain the high temperatures necessary for glass production.
Ceramic and Refractory Industry: Ceramic fiber modules are used in the firing process of ceramic products and refractories. They ensure precise temperature control in kilns, allowing for the production of high-quality ceramics and refractory materials.
Petrochemical Plants: In refineries and chemical processing plants, ceramic fiber modules are applied in equipment such as cracking furnaces and reactors. They provide insulation, enabling these systems to operate at high temperatures required for chemical reactions.
Aerospace Industry: Ceramic fiber modules are used in aerospace applications, including insulating rocket nozzles and engine components. Their ability to withstand extreme heat makes them valuable in aerospace manufacturing.
Heat Treatment Facilities: Ceramic fiber modules are employed in heat treatment furnaces for processes like annealing, tempering, and quenching of metal parts. They ensure uniform heating and precise temperature control, essential for heat treatment applications.
Aluminum Industry: Ceramic fiber modules are used in aluminum melting and holding furnaces. They provide insulation, conserving heat and facilitating the melting and casting processes in aluminum production.
Crematories: Ceramic fiber modules are used in crematories to line the combustion chambers. They offer efficient insulation, allowing for controlled and efficient cremation processes.
