Overview of ISOKING TM Glasswool Insulation Board:
ISOKING TM glasswool board besides heat insulation and thermal insulation, it has other advantages such as excellent damping and sound absorption, especially for intermediate and low frequency and all kinds of noise concussion, noise reduction and working environment improvement.
The materials can be cut at random according to the construction requirement. It is mainly used on the following aspects: rooms of buildings, sound reduction system, mean of communication, refrigeration equipments, damping, and sound absorption and noise reduction of domestic electric appliance, which has a satisfactory effect.
ISOKING TM complete Glasswool insulation board is made by adopting unique centrifugal technology and adding environmental adhesives of thermosetting resins-based into molten glass fibrosis. It is a kind of elastic glass fiber product made of glass fiber with diameter of only a few microns, and we can also choose moisture-proof facing on-line compound according to customers' requirements. Because of a large number of tiny air interspaces, it has the functions of heat insulation, sound absorption, safe guarding and etc, so it is the best materials of heat insulation and sound absorption in construction.
ISOKING TM Glasswool insulation board production lines range from 5 to 700 tons/day capacity (100,000 to 1,500,000 tons/year), and are fully automated thanks to PLC and Scada systems.
Applications of ISOKING TM Glasswool Insulation Board:
Roof Insulation: Glasswool insulation boards are used in roofs to provide thermal insulation. They help in keeping the indoor space warm in winters and cool in summers, thus contributing to energy efficiency.
Wall Insulation: Glasswool boards are installed within the walls of buildings to prevent heat transfer. They enhance the energy efficiency of buildings by reducing the need for heating and cooling, leading to energy savings.
Ceiling Insulation: Glasswool insulation boards are used in suspended ceilings to enhance acoustic and thermal insulation. They help in reducing noise levels and maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature.
Floor Insulation: Glasswool boards can be used in flooring systems to provide both thermal and acoustic insulation. They are particularly useful in buildings where noise reduction between floors is crucial, such as apartments, hotels, and office buildings.
HVAC Duct Insulation: Glasswool insulation boards are used to insulate HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) ducts. Properly insulated ducts improve the efficiency of HVAC systems by preventing heat loss or gain during the air distribution process.
Pipe Insulation: Glasswool insulation boards are applied around pipes to prevent heat loss or gain. Insulating pipes is vital in industrial applications and in residential and commercial buildings to conserve energy and maintain consistent temperatures in the transported fluids.
Acoustic Panels: Glasswool boards are used in the construction of acoustic panels and soundproofing systems. They absorb sound waves, reducing noise levels and improving the acoustic environment in spaces like theaters, recording studios, and auditoriums.
Industrial Applications: Glasswool insulation boards are used in industrial applications where thermal insulation is necessary. This includes industries such as petrochemical, power generation, and manufacturing, where maintaining specific temperatures is crucial for operational efficiency and safety.
Marine Applications: Glasswool insulation boards are used in marine vessels to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. They help in creating a comfortable and quiet environment inside ships and boats.
Prefabricated Buildings: Glasswool boards are used in the construction of prefabricated buildings and modular constructions. They provide insulation while also being lightweight, making them ideal for such applications.
Distinctive Advantages of ISOKING TM Glasswool Insulation Board:
Excellent Thermal Insulation: Glasswool insulation boards have high thermal resistance, helping to regulate indoor temperatures by minimizing heat transfer. This property makes them effective in both hot and cold climates, reducing the need for excessive heating or cooling.
Outstanding Acoustic Insulation: These boards have excellent sound absorption properties, making them ideal for reducing noise levels in buildings. They are commonly used in theaters, recording studios, offices, and other spaces where sound control is crucial.
Fire Resistance: Glasswool insulation boards are inherently non-combustible and offer excellent fire resistance. They can withstand high temperatures without melting, contributing to the fire safety of buildings and industrial facilities.
Lightweight and Easy to Handle: Glasswool boards are lightweight, making them easy to handle, transport, and install. This characteristic simplifies the installation process and reduces labor costs.
Mold and Mildew Resistance: Glasswool is resistant to mold and mildew growth, providing a healthier indoor environment. It helps prevent the formation of harmful microorganisms that can affect the air quality.
Chemical Resistance: Glasswool insulation boards are resistant to most chemicals, ensuring their durability and performance in various environments, including industrial settings.
Low Moisture Absorption: These boards have low moisture absorption properties, preventing water from seeping into the insulation material. This feature helps maintain the insulation's effectiveness over time.
Environmentally Friendly: Glasswool is made from natural and recyclable materials, making it eco-friendly. It can be recycled and reused, reducing the overall environmental impact.
Customizable: Glasswool insulation boards are available in various thicknesses and densities, allowing for customization based on specific insulation requirements. Customization ensures that the insulation meets the desired thermal and acoustic performance standards.
Versatility: Glasswool insulation boards can be used in a wide range of applications, including roofs, walls, floors, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment. Their versatility makes them suitable for different types of buildings and structures.
Energy Efficiency: By providing effective thermal insulation, ISOKING TM Glasswool Insulation Boards contribute to energy efficiency by reducing the need for heating and cooling systems. This leads to lower energy consumption and operational costs.
