Overview of ISOKING TM Glass Wool Insulation Lamella:

Natural ores such as quartz sand, dolomite, feldspar, limestone, and other minerals are melted into glass fluid with the addition of accessories such as calcined soda and borax, and then drawn, bown, or thrown into very thin fiber by external force while in the fusing state. The final result is sliced into appropriate sizes for easier handling and installation, and the fibers are glued together with a thermosetting resin.

The ISOKING TM Glass Wool Insulation Lamella production lines have capacities ranging from 5 to 700 tons per day (100,000 to 1,500,000 tons per year) and are fully automated using PLC and Scada systems.
