Overview of ISOKING TM Acoustic Glass Wool:

ISOKING TM acoustic glass wool is consisted of long, resilient fibers bonded together with a thermosetting resin to form a lightweight, flexible glass wool blanket. The blankets can be supplied with a factory applied foil vapor barrier (FSK, Vinyl, Foil, WMP, and Kraft Facing) accordingly to project designs or customer’s requirement.
Acoustic glass wool blanket is designed for use under any roof system supported on purlins with either metal or fibrous claddings, to provide thermal control within the building. The blanket also be used as additional insulation to fill voids in walls and roofs of metal buildings.

Applications of ISOKING TM Glass Wool Insulation:

Roof Insulation: Glass wool insulation is commonly applied in the roofs of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. It helps in reducing heat transfer, preventing heat loss in winters, and heat gain in summers, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment.

Wall Insulation: Glass wool insulation is used within walls to provide thermal insulation. It improves energy efficiency by minimizing heat flow through exterior and interior walls, creating a consistent temperature inside the building.

Floor Insulation: Glass wool insulation is installed in floors to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. It is particularly useful in buildings with suspended floors or above unheated spaces, preventing heat from escaping downwards.

Ceiling Insulation: Glass wool insulation is installed in ceilings to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. It enhances energy efficiency and contributes to soundproofing between floors.

HVAC Duct Insulation: Glass wool insulation is used to insulate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) ducts. Insulating ducts prevents heat loss or gain during the distribution of conditioned air, improving the efficiency of HVAC systems.

Pipe Insulation: Glass wool insulation is wrapped around pipes to prevent heat loss or condensation. It is commonly used in plumbing and industrial piping systems to maintain stable temperatures, prevent energy wastage, and prevent freezing.

Acoustic Insulation: Glass wool insulation is used in walls, ceilings, and floors to provide soundproofing. It absorbs sound waves, reducing noise transmission between rooms or from external sources, creating quieter indoor environments.

Partition Walls: Glass wool insulation is used in partition walls to improve thermal and acoustic insulation between different areas within a building. It enhances privacy and comfort in office spaces and commercial buildings.

Metal Building Insulation: Glass wool insulation is utilized in metal buildings, warehouses, and industrial structures to provide thermal insulation. It helps maintain comfortable temperatures inside metal structures, preventing condensation and temperature fluctuations.

Prefabricated Panels: Glass wool insulation is integrated into prefabricated panels used in construction. These panels offer efficient insulation and are easy to install in various building applications.

Industrial Equipment Insulation: Glass wool insulation is used to insulate industrial equipment such as boilers, furnaces, and ovens. It helps conserve energy, maintain high operating temperatures, and improve overall efficiency.

Facade Insulation: Glass wool insulation is used in external facades of buildings to enhance thermal performance and energy efficiency. Insulating facades helps in reducing heat loss and lowering energy consumption for heating and cooling.

Advantages of ISOKING TM Acoustic Glass Wool:
