Advantages of ceramic fiber cotton

Ceramic fiber cotton is a neutral and acidic material. It is not eroded by other weak bases, weak acids, water, oil and steam except reacting with strong acid-base. It is not soaked with lead, aluminum and copper. It has excellent flexibility and elasticity. The density of ceramic fiber is small, which is more than 75% lighter than the light heat insulation brick lining and 90%95% lighter than the light castable lining. The thermal conductivity is about 1/8 of the light clay brick and 1/10 of the light heat-resistant lining (castable). The heat capacity is only about 1/10 of the light heat insulation lining and the light castable lining, which greatly reduces the energy consumption and has a remarkable energy-saving and heat storage effect. At the same time, ceramic fiber has the characteristics of simple construction, no oven drying, shorter construction period, simple installation, etc.
