What is ceramic fiber blanket

Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket, is called ceramic fiber blanket because one of its main components is alumina, which is the main component of porcelain. Ceramic fiber blanket is mainly divided into ceramic fiber blowing blanket and ceramic fiber silk throwing blanket. Ceramic fiber silk throwing blanket is superior to ceramic fiber blowing blanket in thermal insulation performance due to its long fiber and small thermal conductivity. Most insulation pipe construction uses ceramic fiber silk carpet.

Ceramic fiber blanket is made of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament through special double-sided needling process. After the double-sided needling process, the interweaving degree, delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface smoothness of the fiber are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low temperature conditions.
